How do I get a price quote?
We can almost always provide you a quote by the telephone by asking a few simple questions.

How far out can I schedule a cleaning?
As far as you like. We have customers who schedule as far out as 2 years.

Is there a charge for cancelling an appointment?
No. Just give us a call as soon as possible and we will cancel the appointment and if you would like, reschedule for another date and
time.

Do I need to prepare my home before you come?
There is nothing you need to do. However; if there are items in front of the windows that you do not feel comfortable with us handling
(antiques, irreplaceable items etc...) we would appreciate if you would move them.

Are you going to drip on my floors?
This is something of which we are very conscious.
We always cover window sills, floors, counter tops and anything else that needs protection. Also, shoe covers are worn through-out the
interior of your home.

Is your cleaning solution toxic?
No, it is biodegradable, completely safe for children, pets, plants and for use in your home. It leaves the glass clean and static free.
